What better way to start the new year than with a brand-new BlogTour?? Modenus is thrilled to announce the first ever BlogTour Cologne, January 13-18! We’re super excited to venture into new and uncharted BlogTour territory and we’ve put together an awesome group of bloggers to accompany us. Design bloggers to tour Cologne and Amsterdam

Fifteen interior design and life-style writers (11 from the US, three from the UK, and one from Dubai) will be descending upon Cologne in January for imm (international furniture fair) and Living Kitchen, before heading to Amsterdam for a guided tour of the City's design hotspots with home design magazines Eigen Huis and Interieur.BlogTour Cologne runs from January 13 through January 18, 2013, and is part of the latest leg of the program, which is organized by online design resource Modenus. It's the first time a single Modenus BlogTour has included more than one country. Previous tours have been held in New Orleans, New York and London.

HEADS TO FASHION WEEK NYC!!
Carmen Christensen of Time2Design is 1 of 20 elite designers, architects and writers selected by Brizo, the fashion forward faucet brand, to attend an exclusive, all-expense paid three-day design-focused Fashion Week event in New York City. At the event Carmen will meet the Brizo design team and be given the opportunity to preview new kitchen and bath products that are about to launch as well as being asked to share her thoughts on early concept pieces and others in final stages of design.
Another Highlight, Christensen is invited to attend fashion designer Jason Wu’s Spring 2011 collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Wu is best known for designing the inaugural gown for Michelle Obama.
